When registering patients, especially in large cities like Warsaw, choosing the right territorial code from a long list is currently very difficult. There is no information to distinguish items with the same name.
We suggest that the city search engine displays additional information about the province, county and municipality directly under the name of the locality. Ideally, if the system automatically prompts this data also based on the entered street. Such a change will eliminate errors in reporting to the National Health Fund and significantly speed up the entry of patient data.

We often encounter errors related to incorrect TERYT codes when registering patients. It would be highly beneficial if the system could automatically suggest the correct TERYT code based on the patient's postal code. This feature is available in other systems we use, and it would save us from having to manually search for the correct territorial code for each street, which is quite impractical.
