For patients returning after 2—3 years, whose health status does not change, the ability to easily copy the previous appointment with the ability to edit the date would be useful. Currently, we have to enter the same information again and again each time, which takes time and is not very efficient. Such a function would significantly improve work and reduce repetitive activities.

When it comes to copying rehabilitation visits, I consider a correctly copied visit one that includes:
Name and surname of the patient
Address
Pesel
Phone number
All services
Correct service time that adds up correctly
Correct copying of services, when choosing two different payers.

It is best to specify the components of the visit: interview, physical examination, etc., it is not always necessary to copy the entire visit in most cases only some information such as recommendations, and not only from the last, but from all visits.
