From April 1, the mandatory KSEF entered into force. At the moment, despite the theoretical availability of this functionality, it does not function. When you try to send an invoice to KSEF, a message appears. According to the interpretation of KAS technical support, this is a situation related to an incorrect invoice template. Request for urgent deployment of the correct version.

from our experience it works. errors encountered so far:
- The TIN must be entered continuously, without spaces, dashes, etc.
- special characters such as “&” did not pass, but this has already been corrected
