registration.

Currently, to check who has registered a patient for an appointment, we must enter the visits report and there look for information about the user. A request to add functionality, which at the patient registration window shows which user (recorder/recorder) registered the patient for a given appointment.

Specifically, the idea is that from the level of registration the clinic employee is able to efficiently verify which employee, on which day and at what time he added the visit (made a record of it) - and this is crucial, while the information of who and when later modified it is also very important. It is important to minimize the number of “clicks”, so that it is available when you hover over the visit or after clicking on it directly (for example, after pressing the existing “More” button, a list with this information could expand below).
